Yes, I agree. But there's a difference between making a rational
judgement on whether or not to cross a street at a particular time
(based on traffic and potential car/human impact) and moral judgement
when we know that we don't know everything about another individual.
I think the latter variety is best left in the lap of God who knows
best.
