For you Tony mob rule is perfect and swift..  you will love it.. kind of like gang rule.. just the thing for perfect justice.. 
Best effect would be put your studio and home right in the middle of the riot and gang rulled areas.. thay should produce maximum mob justice for you...

Public involvement is very difficult in inner cities because of gang institutions.  The public is even hesitant to be involved in Grand and Trial jury requirements and service.  There are some, who don't like it when a Grand jury does not agree with them for a trial, scream for a professional jury system. 

Ignorance is mostly to blame because many don't understand the court system. 

To a man on the street:  "Excuse me sir, do you think the main problem in society is apathy or lack of education?"  Response: "I don't know and I don't care!"
