Allan - in my Arabic - English translator - your Arabic translates to "Avoid murder, rape and enslave others'. This could be the assertion not to commit murder - but the comma could indicate more than a mere pause and suggest after one had avoided murder, one should go on and commit rape and enslave others. I doubt this is your intent my dear chap. If it is a semi-colon would add clarity.
