Mind's Eye Re: Attributions

Mark Twain no doubt Facil - on the grounds he said everything.  In some philosophy there is no meaning, though I forget what they meant.  Now we can call Allan Ann on the grounds of the irrelevance of gender could we cheat on his wife?  I prefer some things old fashioned.

The Internet is unreliable, but universities still teach one form of nine unreliable economics.  Did Shakespeare write Shakespeare Mondo?  Some think not.

Here is how it is deciphered.  The first word is "What",  then you proceed until you can form another word all the way to the end.  Then go in reverse and form words without using any of the previous letters.
