Mind's Eye Re: ...but it rained yesterday

Dear Mando. To see a rainbow, you have to have rain. Rainbows are caused by waterdroplets acting as prisms and each droplet reflect sunlight. First you have the sun, then you have the person looking away from the sun into the cloudy rainy sky filled with rain drops. The light is reflected back to the person looking at the rainy sky by the water droplets. The light goes thru the water 2 times. It goes thru the first time, then it is reflected back towards the sun by the inside edge of the water droplet to go out thru the droplet a second time. By going thru the watrerdroplets, light is broken into its constituent wavelengths like what happens in a prism of glass. In effect, the millions of water droplets act like "one" big water droplet. I am sure you can get an easier to understand explanation of rainbows on the internet. Try to fine a few videos to explain rainbows. Hope that this helps.

I don't know how we were made to believe this; since we were young we've hold the view that when there rainbow no matter how black or thunderous the clouds are it'll never rain.
And at the source or end of the rainbow there is a hidden treasure (as believed by Allan lol).
But yesterday proved this notion wrong, concerning the former and I was astonished much.

This notion as I know is based on the story of Noah and the Ark; when the rainbow appeared the rain was no more. Therefore we've made to believe that when there is rainbow there will never be rain... BUT IT RAINED YESTERDAY.

I have been wondering since yesterday, is this change due to our sins (evil deeds)...
or it something due to the depletion of anything scientifically or unknown?
Funny questions lol.. but I'm much confuse. Any idea(s)
