abu actually life is nothing more than a test on you understanding of the ancient guideline "Above all do no harm" when you complete the test you exit the zombie sate you are in and return to life. Reality is there is no such thing as death.

"you only live twice, once when you are born, and once when you look death
in the face."- taken from the ian flemming book, whic i belive the
knowledge stems from japanese bushido or something.

Right, life is an endless death. But is has no face. This reborn thing of
ex-alcoholics and ex-criminals is a too two-faced narrowing down of the
real scope. What was Twain's context?

What Neil says is that all learning is self taught - and so you are always
successful. The question here is what you learn. The moral that you acquire
while learning sans systematique is definitely more difficult to justify,
yes.

You need basic skills to begin with, however, and these are only as
successful as certain other qualities/opportunities are present or
attainable. Morality is generally picked up from family, tribe,
nation, religion, political theory. There are plenty of examples of
evil or poor choices made by popular consent/majority opinion. What is
the ultimate purpose of education? Wisdom? Income? Etc.?

is probably gonna be know as a bunch of celebrities and showoffs. so i am
going to go ahead a state myself as the most prominent philosopher of the
day. i have argumentive cases and focus on facts, and in the words of Carl
Sagan, i can combine observation and theory and prove truth right always by
modern science, but only through collective analyzing and polling. so
speak! of the current culture in America who is denouncing it properly, as
American culture has assuredly become wretched, much proof i have attained.
Allan H <allanh1946@gmail.com> May 09 08:32PM +0200
Dr Sagan was an extremely intelligent man oddly personally I never
considered him a philosopher.. although I have enjoyed his works..
Although I like hearing what some of the top scientific minds have to say..
I do not think that that qualifies them as a philosopher, like many
others he saw christianity mostly as the teachings of Paul which creates
errors.. that does not make it necessarily bad,, just wrong..
how you change it.. that is a difficult problem.. for the simple reason
people do not like change especially when it comes to beliefs. It seems
they have to be right evenn when they are wrong, that leads to who can
shout the loudest as proof they are right..

Angels with wings is imagination.. to see a angel; soul; being what would
appear to be floating in air the first thing they would do is attach wings
to it so they could explain it.. there is one story where Lot's wife was
turned to salt that the 'Angels' did not have wings..
Rigsy I know what the catholic education is all about as I went through it
also,, mine shifted because they say something,, but they forgot to tell
me.. it is not uncommon for especially nuns to create a story for
something they can not explain or understand.. your soul (angel body)
Rigsy is what controls and guides your body.. does your body have wings??
does your soul have wings?
