J.E.Stewart

Has anyone on the Forum ever heard of the soldier-poet J. E. Stewart (1889-1918)?

Stewart, who was killed at Ypres on 26th April 1918, wrote the poem 'On Revisiting the Somme'.
The poem can be found on p. 113 in Selected Poetry of the First World War (Wordsworth Poetry Library, London, 1995).

The CWGC search engine does not seem to hold a specific record on him.

Thank you for any useful hints with regard to this query.
