I've contacted a bus service, if we can get 40ish people to sign up,
then we will have transportation to and from the event. The cost for
the bus on a round trip per person is $55 after you use the coupon.

If for some reason we can't get 40 people, the shuttles will be merged
or they will give you a full refund.

Now to start scavenging for places to stay...

If you know of someone in the D.C. area, go ahead and start making
calls to see if you can stay there and if they would consider allowing
a few more people to stay as well.
