The proposed 'Burhan Valley' housing scheme involves construction of residential houses and commercial markets at Burhan. The project will focus on modern design and superior quality material used for construction. This pre-feasibility study proposes construction of houses covering an area of 5 Marla (25X50), 7.2 Marla (1,800 sq. ft) and 10 Marla (2,500 sq. ft), 12.8 Marla (3,200 sq. ft), 01 Kanal (50x90 sq. ft) and 04 Kanal (18000 sq. ft).
