Needless to say I didn't appreciate the video at all. Much like most political advertisements the entire video is a simplistic attack on Market Economies without any honest discussion of the causes of the recent economic troubles or how to repair them. Just an attack. I agree with Rigs. I want the prettiest wives and the biggest tent. Failing that I want to be the best friend of the guy with the prettiest wives and the biggest tent. I've no prejudice against left-overs.
I did like the "donate" box though. That was rich. No explanation or even outline on how to "change" our economy just "give us money Dude." Classic. We already have wonderful mediums to discover and help those in need. We have reporters and journalists and researchers to find those who need and deserve our succor and we have tv, radio and the web to get that message out. THEN give generously.

Economics is just theory. Inequality is easier to understand when we
examine greed- of the individual, the group/society or the nation(s).
Trade wars are a form of greed. So are tariffs, sanctions, cutting off
vital supplies. Empires are greedy- usually for raw materials and
trade benefits. Societies push appetites that are based on debt and
credit and most do not reward savings or frugality. Now we will punish
China for giving us what we wanted- cheap prices based on cheap labor
and the degradation of its enviornment. Jolly stuff. Next- will
probably be Brazil. Sorry, Allan, the "game" started when one guy in
the clan was the best shot, the best hunter- he wound up chief- got
the prettiest wives, the best cave and so on. It's about power and
rivalry.
