[Mind's Eye] changing appearance and so on

I'm not sure much can be done. This effect is one of many, but the
picture alternatives are feeble and I don't know who to upload
something more creative. I don't care. Someone else might. I hadn't
even noticed the 'blue fascist eye' until just now. We can fiddle as
I've just done and mess with fonts around a couple of dozen
standards. Not my bag.
