How and from where do they get these volunteers?

These are some very serious problems in our society. These cannot be ignored by just writing a few couplets. Please come out with serious and practicle solutions. Just sidelining the issues will not eliminate them.  In any society the social issues, preferences and traditions play more effective roll. Look at the Taliban. Their centuries old tradition of "Badla" or revenge has nothing to do with Islam. Similarly they have lots of other traditions e.g. selling their daughters at the time of marriage. This has nothing to do with the teachiing of Islam. (I know a senior EME officer who begged his father not to sell his sister but his father did it. He has never visited his parents. It has been 35 years. I do not know if the officer is alive.  I was myself offered a 17 year girl for Rs 5000 when I was working on Silk Route If anyone is interested I can provide details. Two rtd Brigs and a Col are witnesss to it).  The present hypnotic treatment of young men to convert them into suicide bombers is very serious challenge. Our psychologhts and psychiatrists should pay particular attedtion to it and suggest ways and means to attack the Taliban's mehthods of recruiting the young men. Well much could be written on this topic. In my humble opinion no one has paid attention to this aspect so farr. How and from where do they get these volunteers.
