RE: Appeal to All

Dear Friends,

Firstly thanks to Prakashjee for bringing the issue of Tek Bhai in the google group forum. He had in fact raised this matter couple of weeks ago during Bhanujayanti celebration in Adelaide SA. I feel it would be most appropriate for Bhutanese Artist to initiate the task of mobilizing support for Tek Bhai. We could start by getting the latest development in the ongoing competition in Nepal. As Prakashjee knows Tek Bhai personally, he could take the trouble of getting the latest info on the competition and if that could be relayed to the friends of Bhutanese Artist, we could then send the contribution to the account that Bhutanese Artist already has and that could be finally passed on to Tek Bhai. It would be good if Balaramjee (Bhutanese Artist) and Prakashjee (Gazal Munch) could liaise with one another and create the possibility of kicking off the fund mobilization process. Others can be drawn in to volunteer as and when required. But before anything, we should contact Tek Bhai and know the ground situation. It would be best to have Tek Bhai communicating through email (or other means) about his present development with all the Bhutanese.

Thanks to Prakash ji and all, I did some kind of conversation with Tek last  week. We talked all about the possibilities that he could face while he is in Ktm. We have many friends who wants to help him but still uncomfortable to send the money with out any proper team to handle it. If  this appeal is for personal pocket support i dont have any commets but the Tek overall welfare, we should need some one who is responsible for our dollars to used for his talent. It could be BNS or any one. We could launched a good promotion program for him. It is not the matter that he will win the Icon but the matter is our identity. So, It would be great to support if some group or team is responsible for his promotion. We are talking about the way to help in Atlanta next week with Bhutanese Artists and all wellwishers.Hope to hear from you all.
