Dear all,
On the home-page of the University of Exeter, I found an interesting article.
"Largest analysis of public opinions at outbreak of World War I challenges popular myth".
"A groundbreaking book presents new evidence that challenges the way we understand British and Irish responses to the outbreak of the First World War in 1914."
This is a new book written by historian Dr Catriona Pennell and called A Kingdom United
The web-link to the whole article is:

Has anyone read this book? The subject sounds most interesting indeed and perhaps something to be included in Oxford´s two WWI courses.
Best wishes
Elsa
