Because only God's will is ever employed in this universe. The
universe--our little space-time continuum--contains all of space and
time, thus, all the past, any given present and all the future. Wit
hthe future already extant in the whole, there is no room for 'free
will' in the sense that mankind has viewed it prior to Special
Relativity. Remember, Einstein went searching for truth and
discovered that it was relative. The absolute truth can only ever be
approached ontologically, for if we do not know, truly, that which
exists, we cannot fairly infer ANY 'truth' from the appearances we
see, as our eyes and minds can be fooled so easily.
