Re: Mind's Eye What is going on?

I recently paid $6. or so for 4 oz. of clear sewing machine oil that
would not stain fabrics. I thought mine was on the blink but it just
needed lubrication of parts- just like us! I also kept a Singer
featherweight from the '30s but don't use it though I once borrowed it
from Mother to make curtains- it doesn't have a built in zig-zag.
Couture fashions have a lot of hand work- used to make many of my own
clothes- now I use the machine mostly for alterations and try to avoid
black as it is hard on the eyes.
