Yeah, Allan, I think you scared my publisher with your line about not
wanting to piss off a writer.  LOL!!  He wasn't sure how to take it--
whether you were referring to him or me or both or what.  I put his
mind at ease, though, and told him you were just a no-nonsense,
American ex-pat who wants the book.  You SHOULD be able to pre-order
now, but I still wouldn't send cash through the post; it's not worth
the risk, as so many people do that ESPECIALLY this time of year.
People in the post offices check for cash and, unfortunately and all
too often, pocket it themselves.  It safer to go through PayPal or a
credit/debit card and, if it takes a few extra days (which it will if
we get the order and I see your name and the publisher has to get the
book to me so that I can sign it!), it's worth the wait.  Thanks ever-
so-much for the interest, though!!  My publisher never guessed that
the first real interest in the book would come from the Netherlands.
It was a happy surprise for him, so, thanks again!!!
