[Mind's Eye] Re: Freedom of the press

I live in one of the top healthiest states, Allan, although Hawaii is
also in the top ten. And think of the prosperity of the Scandanavian
countries plus their level of contentment. Ah- the new snow is lovely-
the world looks new- the air is crisp and clean. I think I would mold
in the Tropics. However...I cannot shovel my walks and drive any
longer so a service is a necessity. There are fines if your walk is
unshovelled after 24 hours. A snow-blower would be worse than walking
an 80 pound hound. As it turns out, a very sweet faced Mexican man
showed up in the afternoon and did the best job ever- and even cleaned
off may car in the drive! Anyway- winter sports used to be great fun-
loved to skate and ski- plus it's a test, of sorts, to get self and
auto through the season until one can celebrate spring.//Igloos are
great- also ice caves. Smartest trick for delivering babies in the
past. One son took a winter endurance course in Patagonia and passed
with ease.//Winter is all about the right clothing and equipment,
really. Snuggle up! :-)
