Hello Shane,

Congratulations on getting admitted. As you might imagine, many of us
are in the sciences and so I suspect we'll get along fine. We're an
eclectic bunch and we're always happy to have another inquiring mind
join us for discussion.

I've been very happy with my experience with Ken Nixon: he repaints
the walls and cleans the carpets for every new tenet and he's also
good about getting problems fixed. The properties (that I'm familiar
with) that he manages are in a fairly quiet side-street, so it may be
what you're looking forward.
