Just to add my two cents: I currently live in Academy Village, and
while I don't rent, it's a pretty quiet neighborhood, and I've never
had any problems with safety (except when it snowed, and I was worried
some guys cavorting on the street were going to crash into my back
fence). Again, as I don't rent, I have no idea what the prices are.
