REMINDER: 2nd OBCA Convention 2011

REMINDER Dear Bhutanese Brothers and Sisters, The Organization of the Bhutanese Communities in America (OBCA) is organizing its Second National Convention in Nashville , Tennessee from June 10 through June 12, 2011. The Bhutanese Community members from around the States are converging into Nashville to mark their Second National Convention as a historic community congregation after they began resettling in the US in 2008. This second convention marks the end of one year formative period transitioning OBCA from an interim period into a full fledge community institution.
